Peanut Butter Pie

This is one of the Lord and Master Beckman’s favorite pies. We had this at a place called Yoder’s in Sarasota, it is an Amish restaurant. I searched and found a recipe. I don’t remember where I found it but here it is for you to also try. I hope you like it!

  • 1 large box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • ½ C peanut butter
  • 2 C whipped topping
  • 1 baked pie crust (pre-bake crust according to package directions)

Directions:

Make pudding according to directions on box, refrigerate

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until small crumbs form (with mixer). 

Place ½ of crumbs into pie crust.

Spoon pudding into crust on top of crumbs.

Place remaining crumbs on pudding and reserve a small amount to sprinkle top of pie.

Place whipped topping on pie and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter crumbs.

Refrigerate. Let chill for a while then serve and enjoy!
